G.O.A.T Fit believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Return Policy: At G.O.A.T Fit, we've streamlined our return policy to ensure a hassle-free and straightforward shopping experience. Here's what you need to know:

Unopened Products

You can return any unused items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the product remains in its original, unaltered condition, with all seals and packaging intact. Opened or used items cannot be accepted for return. Please note that return shipping charges may apply, depending on your location. If you made a payment by card, we will refund it to your original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, we'll initiate a bank transfer after receiving the returned product.

Used/Opened Products

A thorough quality check is done befor orders are dispatched to ensure our customers always and only receive verified and sealed product. Unfortunately, as per company policy, G.O.A.T Fit will not be able to accept any products that are opened and/or if the seal has been tampered with. 

Damaged Products, Missing Items, or Incorrect Orders

Should you receive an order with damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share an unboxing video and images of the packaging and products with us at info@goatfit.in within the specified 48-hour window. After an investigation, we'll arrange a pickup for the affected product and either provide a replacement or a full refund. Replacement availability is contingent on product stock. G.O.A.T Fit retains the authority to make decisions in these cases. Please note that no additional compensation or free items will be offered under any circumstances, and the liability is limited to the order or product's value.

Return/Refund Policy for Clearance Sale Products:

Our warehouse and clearance sale items are offered at substantial discounts. The expiration date is prominently displayed on our website for every product available in these sales. Please be aware that once a product is acquired through this special offer, it is ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason.
